Oriental Park

The Oriental Park residential complex is a new housing project in Campanhã, close to Parque Oriental and the future metro line (Estádio do Dragão - Gondomar). It is located in an emerging area of ​​Porto, with excellent road access (A43/Circunvalação) and public transport (Metro and STCP-Line 400). The residential complex consists of 3 interconnected buildings, with 18 apartments ranging from T0 to T2 typologies and a common basement for parking.

The Oriental Park was designed by landscape architect Sidónio Pardal. Surrounding Oriental Park are two structuring projects for the city: the Porto Intermodal Terminal, the city's rail and road hub; and M-odu (the former Porto slaughterhouse), in its final stages of construction, with food spaces, offices, art galleries, and museums, capable of housing more than 2,300 people.
